Discover the location of a jammer they have placed in the city center and destroy it to enable the local authorities to track down higher-ranking members of the Vanguard. Beware of the jammer's high radiation levels as you carry out this crucial task.
To further unravel the mysteries surrounding the relic, you must locate the leading dealer of its energy source and bring him alive to the authorities. Attend a sales meeting with a notorious gang leader to gather information about the Key. Drive to the meeting location, capture the gang leader, and neutralize the other members to ensure the safety of the relic.
